Standards of Cover Studies
Complete SOC studies delivered with our partner, Manitou, Inc. For departments that want the data foundation and the finished document, with a defensible methodology and a human who will stand behind it. Continuously updated SOC data packages start at $500 per station per year on the platform side.
Deployment & Station Location Analysis
Coverage gap mapping, travel-time analysis, station location modeling, and what-if scenarios for unit moves or new stations. Built on your NERIS incident data joined with community risk.
Custom NERIS Solutions
We read NERIS directly, so there is no integration project on your side. Custom analytics, data quality review, migration questions, and bespoke reporting built on your department's NERIS records.
Accreditation Support
CFAI 11th Edition becomes mandatory in Spring 2027. We produce the performance data charts, community risk assessment sections, and evidence organization that consume most of an accreditation manager's time, and we will defend the methodology in front of assessors.
Grant Support
Data-backed narratives for AFG, SAFER, BRIC, and state-level grants. "Demonstrated need" built from tract-level risk and response evidence that reviewers can verify.
Regional & State Analyses
Multi-department rollups, cross-jurisdiction comparisons, and statewide risk mapping for county fire authorities, regional compacts, and state fire marshal offices.
Rates
$175 per hour, quoted up front
You will always know the price before work starts. Prepaid blocks are available if that fits your budget process better. Larger engagements (SOC studies, regional analyses) are quoted as fixed-price projects.
- Quick questions about your dashboard or your data are part of every Risk & Response subscription, at no hourly charge.
- We work with purchase orders: formal quotes, W-9, vendor registration forms, and sole-source justification letters on request.
- Our practice focus is fire and EMS. We also take a small number of other public-sector data engagements each year; ask.
