Coverage gap mapping, travel-time analysis, station location modeling, and what-if scenarios for unit moves or new stations. Built on your NERIS incident data joined with community risk.
Custom NERIS Solutions
Custom analytics, reporting, and help with migration questions, built on your department's NERIS records. We read NERIS directly, so there is no integration project on your side. Departments that enroll and authorize Arborlook in NERIS get a free data quality assessment of their incident records, covering timestamp completeness, missing fields, and unit-level detail.
Accreditation Support
CFAI 11th Edition becomes mandatory in Spring 2027. We produce the performance data charts, community risk assessment sections, and evidence organization that consume most of an accreditation manager's time, and we will defend the methodology in front of assessors.
Grant Support
Data-backed narratives for AFG, SAFER, BRIC, and state-level grants. We build the case for demonstrated need from tract-level risk and response evidence that reviewers can verify.

Rates
$200 per hour, quoted up front
You will always know the price before work starts. Existing customers keep the $175 rate they signed on at. Prepaid blocks are available if that fits your budget process better. Larger engagements (SOC studies, regional analyses) are quoted as fixed-price projects.

- We work with purchase orders: formal quotes, W-9, vendor registration forms, and sole-source justification letters on request.
- Our focus is fire and EMS. We also take a few other public-sector data engagements each year, so ask if you have one in mind.
