The briefing is a private web page for your staff, refreshed monthly with the NERIS public feed, and a quarterly PDF with one page per department. The roster, adoption, and risk pages cover every registered department in the county from the first day. Incident rates and benchmarks need six published months, so those pages grow with adoption, and the adoption page shows which departments to bring on next.

- The departments publishing to NERIS each month and the ones still missing from the feed, which is the starting point for automatic-aid, dispatch, and consolidation conversations.
- Response times and fire cause and loss for the departments you sponsor, since the public feed carries neither. Every other department shows public data.
- Notes and a follow-up status on any department or tract, shared by your staff, so the briefing keeps the record of who was contacted, what was promised, and what came of it.
The briefing is private. Your staff log in, partners such as a CRR task force get a read-only link, and nothing is published. A department's report page shows its own figures against the county median rather than a ranking, and your office decides what is shared.

Grant coordination across a region needs a ranked tract list and department benchmarks exported as CSV for scoring. Follow-up status and shared notes track which departments have been contacted for a regional application.
State fire marshals and state agencies have their own page, with the statewide adoption picture and the legislature-facing quarterly report.
Free 90-Day Pilot
Free for the first 90 days
The pilot gives your staff the full briefing, the current quarterly report, and the exports for every department in your jurisdiction. It needs no purchase order, and a one-page no-cost pilot agreement is available. At day 90 the briefing closes unless you continue, and nothing is billed. If you continue, the setup carries over and the paid term starts when the pilot ends or on your fiscal year.

Response Analytics for the departments you choose
Sponsorship is up to your office. Sponsor departments one at a time, for example the departments in a countywide smoke alarm program, and add more whenever you like. Sponsor every department in your jurisdiction that connects its NERIS integration, for one flat annual fee stated in your quote. Or sponsor none and keep the briefing on public data. Each sponsored department approves us in its NERIS portal once, in about 15 minutes, and the first nightly pull fills its dashboard with up to 12 months of history. One agreement with your office covers every sponsored department, and each department keeps its own dashboard and owns its data.

Procurement
Ready for county purchasing

Purchase orders
We invoice against a PO on your terms and your fiscal calendar. Invoices can carry your contract or requisition number.
W-9 and vendor registration
A W-9 is available on request. We complete vendor registration, supplier portals, insurance certificates, and disclosure forms.
Sole-source letter
A signed letter for your file that describes the product and its data. If you need a competitive solicitation instead, we will supply what it takes to run one.
Data ownership
Departments own their NERIS records and can revoke access at any time. Data is hosted in the United States and encrypted. NERIS data is deleted 90 days after a subscription ends. See the security page.

The briefing follows the questions a county board or a coalition asks: coverage, adoption, and where risk is concentrated.
