Community risk profiles are free for every department. Paid products are one flat annual price for most departments: $2,000 for Response Analytics up to six stations, and $6,000 for CRA/SOC (Community Risk Assessment / Standards of Cover) up to eight. Larger departments pay per station. Volunteer and combination departments on tight budgets can ask us about a need-based discount.

Response Analytics and CRA/SOC require NERIS enrollment with API access granted to Arborlook. Setup is guided and takes about 15 minutes. Your 60-day trial starts when your NERIS incident data arrives, not at signup. If a purchase order is still in progress, a department admin can extend the trial 30 days from Settings, and we extend it further on request while the order clears purchasing. A 3-year agreement takes 15% off, fixes your price for all three years, and is billed once a year, so each payment fits that year's budget; it includes a standard non-appropriation clause (see the Terms of Service). The CRA/SOC document fits existing accreditation and planning workflows, whether the department buys directly or through a consulting partner. Full-study engagements are fulfilled in partnership with Manitou, Inc. All paid products support AFG, SAFER, and FEMA HMA grant documentation. How we store, protect, and delete your NERIS data is documented on the Security & Data Handling page. Departments with 15 or more stations are quoted individually for every product. The Supported level of CRA/SOC includes up to 5 analyst hours per month; analyst services beyond that, and for every other product, are $200 per hour, quoted up front, with prepaid blocks available (see Services). Consultants and partner organizations can buy CRA/SOC on behalf of client departments (see consultants & partners).
Volunteer and combination departments, and any department working with a tight budget, should not be priced out of their own data. If the published price does not fit, tell us about your department and we can take a need-based discount off your subscription, set case by case. Think of it as a small grant from us.
We work with purchase orders. Email [email protected] with your department name and station count and we will send a formal quote, W-9, vendor registration forms, and a sole-source justification letter for your purchasing office. At $2,000 a year, Response Analytics falls under the purchasing-card or chief approval limit in many departments; your purchasing office can confirm yours.
